More Than a Brand— It's a MOVEMENT

For years, I tried to outrun burnout by being everything to everyone—pleasing, performing, perfecting. But that version of me? She burned. She cracked wide open. And in the ashes, I found my fire.

I’ve been deep in the trenches of emotional exhaustion, soul-level grief, and identity unravelling. I’ve wrestled with the voices that told me to be quieter, nicer, easier to love. I said no more—and I built something from that no.

Now, I stand as a fierce advocate for women who are done being “too much” or “not enough.”Women ready to reclaim their voice, their power, their place at the damn table—or build a new one if needed.

My approach? Raw. Real. Compassionate as hell.

The one who will never let you settle. Who hands you the mic and the permission slip. Who holds space for your grief, your rage, your magic, and your becoming.

I’m not here to 'sell you' fluff. I’m here to hold up a mirror and say: It’s time. I’ll call you in, not just call you out—always with humor, heart, and a well-placed f-bomb or two.

What I’ve Built (and Why It Matters)

I’m the creator of Sacred Circle—a space where women return to themselves. Where grief and rage are welcome. Where vulnerability is sacred. Where healing isn’t a solo mission.

Sacred Circle came from a soul need.

I built it because I was craving a space that didn’t exist yet. And now, it’s the beating heart of a movement. A return to truth. To ritual. To community healing in a world that tells us to do it all alone.

I also host the podcastHot Takes on Healing with Jess Leone, lead rituals and retreats, and curate experiences where women don’t just feel safe—they feel seen.

What’s Next? A Revolution.

My vision is big. Global, even. My dream involves building a network of Sacred Circles that go far beyond my little corner of Connecticut.

I’m starting the process of training and certifying women to become facilitators of this work—women who are ready to lead in their own communities.

Because we don’t need more noise.

We need more women creating sacred spaces where others can come home to themselves.

Stick around—there’s a whole lotta fire coming.
