A focused session to look at what’s not working in your space and WHY.
Service Description
This includes a 90-minute call where we walk through your community in real time, looking at the structure, the flow, and the dynamics underneath what’s happening. I’ll give you honest, direct feedback and help you see what’s really going on, along with two to three clear shifts you can implement right away so things start to feel more aligned. This is for you if you already have a space but it feels stuck, disconnected, or slightly off in a way you can’t quite explain. You know something isn’t working, but you’re not sure what to change or where to start. You want clarity and direction without committing to ongoing support. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s not working and where your attention actually needs to go next.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive any necessary details to prepare. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. After that, additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated. Cancellations: Due to the nature of this work and the time held specifically for you, all sessions are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time available. Scope of Support: This session is designed to provide clarity, insight, and actionable guidance based on your current situation. While I will offer direct feedback and recommendations, implementation and outcomes are your responsibility. Boundaries" This is a focused, time-bound session. Support is provided within the scheduled call unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate container.
