Service Description
This is a deeper look at your space, how it’s currently functioning, and what’s actually not working underneath the surface. If things feel off, inconsistent, or like you’ve outgrown the way your space is currently structured, this is where we slow down and really look at it. Before we meet, I’ll do a deep audit of your community so I can come into our time together with a clear understanding of the flow, the energy, and the dynamics at play. From there, we’ll have a 2 hour strategy session where we walk through your space in detail, looking at how it holds, how it moves, and where it’s either supporting or working against you. You’ll receive direct feedback on your leadership—where you might be over-functioning, pulling too much weight, or not fully stepping into the role you’re actually meant to hold. We’ll refine the structure of your container so it feels more intentional, more supportive, and more aligned with what you’re trying to create. This is for someone who is already running a community but knows they’ve outgrown the way it’s currently built. This is about taking what you’ve already built and shaping it into something that truly supports you AND the people inside it.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive any necessary details to prepare. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. After that, additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated. Cancellations: Due to the nature of this work and the time held specifically for you, all sessions are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time available. Scope of Support: This session is designed to provide clarity, insight, and actionable guidance based on your current situation. While I will offer direct feedback and recommendations, implementation and outcomes are your responsibility. Boundaries" This is a focused, time-bound session. Support is provided within the scheduled call unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate container.
