Sacred Pause is for anyone craving a steady, 2-hr pause in the middle of the week. Whether you’re balancing work, family, caregiving, or simply navigating a lot internally, this space offers a consistent rhythm of rest, presence, and support.
This group is meditation-focused, offering simple, supportive practices that help your nervous system slow down and settle. Each session will include a guided meditation, gentle grounding, and space to be witnessed in community.
You can attend in person or virtually, making it accessible no matter what your schedule or energy looks like. Sharing is always optional, and there’s no fixing, performing, or pushing. Just room to arrive as you are.
Between sessions, you’ll also have access to a private Telegram group for additional support and connection.

Once your subscription is confirmed, there’s no need to sign up for weekly sessions on the website. You’ll receive a recurring Google Calendar invite for every Thursday, which will include the address for in-person attendance and the Zoom link for virtual participation!
