You know I try to make healing "fun".

So, here’s how it works: come dressed up for a Halloween-style gathering and bring a few bags of your favorite candy to share with the group. With each bag of candy you bring, you’ll also drop in a story—a “trauma dump,” big or small—that you’re ready to release from your body, mind, or heart.

This circle is about honoring the messy, sticky, human parts of us, while also remembering that we get to reclaim joy and play in the process. As the bowl fills, so does the reminder that we don’t carry our heaviness alone.
