You can’t let go of anger until your body feels safe enough to do it.

Anger, frustration, and all those not-so-pretty emotions need somewhere to go (and P.S: a lot of us weren't taught how to express anger safely). This night is about giving your body full permission to release — in the safest, most cathartic way possible. You’ll bring your stress, your resentment, your bottled-up “I’m fine” energy… and leave it in pieces on the ground!

Please dress in layers and join us in sisterhood as we smash the F outta some pumpkins together! Pumpkins provided by Jess, but please bring a bat if you have one! (Optional: bring a photo for the 🎃!)
