AromaEscape is a sensory, ritual-based gathering that uses scent, intention, and presence to guide you back into your body and back into yourself. Through a guided scent exploration, you’ll be invited to notice what arises in your body, your breath, and your inner landscape. This is not about “going deep” or having a specific emotional experience. You’re invited to move at your own pace, notice what you notice, and take what feels supportive for you.
