Ink & Insight was created by Amy to be a soul-deep, judgment-free space where we release the noise, drop into the body, and allow truth to rise onto the page through journaling. Amy guides Circle with a calm, heart-centered presence that allows people to settle into themselves without pressure or performance. Her approach blends guided meditation, music, journaling, and intuitive reflection to create an experience that feels both structured and spacious.
